We’re assembling the team that will build the decentralized internet.
This is not a job board. This is an open call for exceptionally competent people. If you’ve built something real, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
Raw intelligence and proven competence matter more than credentials. We’re building the next internet on decentralized infrastructure — the kind of challenge that requires people who don’t fit into normal categories.
Signals we care about:
- You’ve shipped something that people actually use
- You’ve contributed meaningfully to open source projects
- You’ve written code, papers, or analysis that demonstrates deep technical understanding
- You’ve built companies, products, or systems from scratch
- You solve problems others couldn’t figure out
- You have skills we don’t even know we need yet
How you might fit
We don’t have predefined roles. We’re looking for exceptional people first, then figuring out how you fit. Possible paths include:
- Core protocol development — Building Reality Network infrastructure
- Venture studio — Co-building products with portfolio companies
- Research & architecture — Designing consensus, compute models, economics
- Developer relations — Helping builders ship on Reality Network
- Operations & strategy — Making everything work at scale
- Something we haven’t thought of — Surprise us
Why Próspera
We’re building in Próspera, Honduras — the world’s most advanced network state. Reality Network drafted the digital asset regulations under review there. This matters because we’re building infrastructure that doesn’t fit into legacy regulatory boxes.
If you care about building the right thing instead of navigating arbitrary constraints, this is the environment designed for it.
What we offer
- Work on infrastructure that will power the next generation of internet products
- Equity in what we’re building (structure depends on how you fit)
- Competitive compensation (we’re not asking you to work for free)
- Autonomy to solve problems the right way
- A team of people as competent as you are
- Jurisdictional clarity to build without regulatory theater
